ZR Films provides a warranty against fading, peeling, cracking, adhesive failure, and delamination for the duration of the original owner’s possession of the vehicle.
ZR Films’responsibility under this warranty is limited to replacing products that do not meet the warranty standards. This product must be used in accordance with all relevant state or provincial laws. Any installation that violates such laws is considered misuse of the product and will void all warranties, both express and implied, including but not limited to the warranty of merchantability. ZR Films will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the illegal use of this product.
How to make a claim
To file a warranty claim, please reach out to the authorized installer from whom the film was originally purchased To receive warranty coverage, ZR Films requires proof of purchase and the completion of the Custome「Wa「ranty Card provided below to validate the warranty. Be sure to store the Customer Warranty Card in a secure location, along with the purchase invoice.
Care recommendation
To preserve the longevity and appearance of your ZR Films Automotive Film, and to keep your warranty valid, please follow these care and maintenance guidelines. Avoid rolling down windows with film for 5 days to allow proper adhesion to the glass. Refrain from washing the film for 30 days after installation. Do not use abrasive cleaners or rough cloths Instead, clean the film using a mild soap with a soft, clean cloth or a synthetic sponge.
