This limited warranty is valid only if the product was applied by a ZR Films dealer or installer (“Dealer”) in Australia, following the Manufacturer’s application procedures and in compliance with applicable laws. Under no circumstances will the Manufacturer be held responsible for improper or defective installation of the product.
This limited warranty covers only the products themselves. The products are designed and warranted for use exclusively on fully cured original equipment manufacturer painted vehicle surfaces. The warranty is automatically void if applied over repainted, aftermarket painted, or vinyl surfaces, as these are not covered. Vehicle repainting is not included under this warranty. In the case of a warranty claim, the Manufacturer is not liable for the reapplication of any ceramic coatings. Additionally, this warranty does not cover product installed on non-painted surfaces such as, but not limited to, headlights, indicator lights, chrome, or carbon fiber trim. This warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Dealers are not permitted to alter or extend this limited warranty in any way. This product must be used in full compliance with applicable laws. Warranty coverage becomes void if the product is misused, subjected to improper care, or cleaned with abrasive or unauthorized cleaning agents. The warranty is also invalid if any non-wax coating or additional clear coat, aside from ceramic coating, is applied to the product. The Manufacturer bears no responsibility for damage to the product or vehicle caused by improper installation or maintenance.
The durability and hydrophobic performance may be affected by environmental factors and other variables beyond the Manufacturer’s control (such as road treatment chemicals and cleaning methods/frequency), and as such, are not covered under this warranty.
THE MANUFACTURER ALSO DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES OR STAINS CAUSED BY EXTERNAL FACTORS.
If any product mentioned here fails to meet the conditions of the limited warranty during the warranty period, the purchaser is entitled to receive a replacement product, as well as free removal of the defective product and installation of the replacement, from any ZR Films Dealer within the Australia according to the terms of this warranty. The Manufacturer’s obligations under this warranty are strictly limited to the remedies specified. To process a warranty claim, proof of purchase and a completed warranty registration card are required. Keep this warranty registration card along with the original receipt, do not send it by mail. The Dealer must complete all necessary information on the card.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, the Manufacturer disclaims any responsibility forincidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from any cause, except as explicitlystated in this document. The Manufacturer excludes and disclaims all express warranties, and beyond the specified warranty period, also disclaims any and all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or restrictions on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This limited warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary depending on your jurisdiction.
Using or installing the product in violation of any applicable law constitutes misuse and voids all warranty coverage, whether express or implied. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner toensure that all legal requirements are met. Please adhere to the recommended care instructions forthe product. Warranty coverage becomes invalid if the product is misused, improperly cared for,or cleaned with abrasive or unauthorized cleaning agents. The Manufacturer assumes noresponsibility for any damage to the product or vehicle resulting from improper care.
Do not accept this warranty registration card if the Dealer has not fully filled out all the required vehicle, Dealer, and Product information.
How to make a claim
IF YOUR EQUIRE WARRANTY SERVICE:
- 1. Find your original receipt and limited warranty registration card as proof of your warranty eligibility.
- 2. Contact your local ZR Films Dealer to schedule an appointment for inspection, repair, or replacement.

Care recommendation
For optimal product performance, it is recommended to follow the vehicle manufacturer’s care instructions for exterior surfaces. Additionally:
- 1. To preserve the appearance and longevity of ZR Films PPF and maintain warranty coverage, avoid washing or waxing the vehicle for at least 5 days after product installation.
- 2. After this initial period, regular washing and waxing is advised. Hand wash the vehicle with soap and water, and wax it once or twice a year using a non-abrasive wax to enhance protection and maintain shine. To prevent lifting, avoid automatic car washes and refrain from using a high-pressure hose, steam, or power washer on the edges of the film.
The product may take up to 30 days to fully cure, and some haze or condensation may appear during this time.
